Pastel drawing of a black Labrador
A black Labrador portrait drawn in Aquarelle Supracolour Pastel Pencils.
The client only had one photograph that was good enough to show his face. Unfortunately, the dog had a man's trainer in his mouth obliterating half of his head. Also, the pet was deceased, so I was unable to take photos or sketches.
I researched until l managed to find photos of similar elderly Labradors and produced a good likeness.
The original drawing is 25" high x 30" wide plus the size of the mount and frame so looks pretty impressive.
The Client was over the moon with it.

Patterdale Terrier cross
Pen & Ink Portrait of a Patterdale Terrier cross.
I was able to take the photographs and then the client chose which they considered captured his personality the most.
The original drawing is 16" x 12".

Catamaran/ Isle of Whyte 16" x 12" Pen & Ink illustration of a Catamaran.
The client asked me to draw from his own photograph with him sailing it.
He also wanted me to draw the Isle of Whyte Needles in the background instead of the actual view on the photgraph.
This involved calculating the correct scale and perspective.
He was very happy with this piece.

Water colour painting of a pony
12" x16" water colour Painting of a Pony called Teddie.
I took the photographs capturing the lovely Welsh views in the background.
The field and sea contrasts beautifully with the colour of the Pony.

Period property
Property drawn as it could have been Circa 1890 after intensive research of local history.
Portraying a local baker on his pony and trap as he was located next door.
The original illustration is 33" x 23".
